The Patient “Experience” Mitigating the Challenges
This month team JC is inviting everyone to join us for our second Journal Club &Talent Show at the Push Comedy Theatre . We will be discussing a few topics relevant to patient satisfaction and the most current vernacular, “the patient experience”. Certainly, no one intends to be perceived negatively by their patients, but it happens every day. What are the determinants of patient satisfaction and how can we favorably impact them? Are you willing to share your experiences, good and bad? Our friends at Push Comedy will provide us with some opportunities to role play and provide opportunities to exemplar both success and failure.
